Gript PRO is billed by the store you bought it from — the App Store on iPhone and iPad, Google Play on Android — so subscriptions are cancelled and changed there, not inside the app. Uninstalling Gript does not cancel a subscription.
Cancel or change your plan#
On iPhone or iPad#
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions and choose Gript.
- Tap Cancel Subscription, or pick a different plan to switch.
On Android#
- Open the Google Play app and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and choose Gript.
- Tap Cancel subscription, or Manage to switch plans.
What happens after you cancel#
PRO stays active until the end of the period you already paid for (or the end of the trial). After that, your account drops back to the free plan — all your workouts, routines, and history are kept.
Refunds#
Refunds are handled by the store, not by Gript. On iPhone and iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, use Google Play's refund request.
