Where required (for example, in the EU and UK), we rely on valid legal bases to process your personal information:
- Consent. For optional permissions such as notifications; you can withdraw consent at any time.

We may also share information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
This website is a static marketing site and does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. In the App, we and our providers use SDK-based analytics and diagnostics, described above, to operate, secure, and improve the Services. We do not use the Services for third-party advertising.
6. How do we handle your social logins?
The Services let you sign in with Apple or Google. When you do, we receive the information those providers make available for authentication, such as a provider identifier and, depending on your choices, your name or email address. We use this information only as described in this notice. We do not control how Apple or Google process your data; please review their privacy notices.
7. How long do we keep your information?
We keep account, workout, routine, exercise, preference, and subscription-related information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain analytics, diagnostics, purchase, or legal records for a limited period as needed for security, debugging, accounting, or legal compliance. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it where deletion is not immediately possible.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including authenticated access controls so that user data in Firebase is accessible only to the signed-in user. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. What are your privacy rights?
