If you have an active Gript PRO subscription but PRO features are locked — usually after switching phones or reinstalling the app — restoring purchases fixes it.
Restore your subscription
- Open Profile → Upgrade to PRO to bring up the paywall.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
Gript checks with the store and re-activates PRO if it finds your subscription.
If nothing is found
- Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store account that made the original purchase — that is what the subscription is tied to.
- Check the subscription is still active: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- If you unlocked PRO with a promo code rather than a purchase, make sure you are signed in to the same Gript account you redeemed it on.
