Running

Sustained forward running uses repeated strides to elevate heart rate and challenge aerobic endurance while engaging the lower-body muscles. It emphasizes continuous locomotion at a steady pace.

How to do the Running#

  1. Stand tall with a relaxed posture and look forward, then begin jogging at a comfortable pace.
  2. Maintain a quick, even cadence with short, controlled strides.
  3. Land softly beneath your hips, aiming for midfoot contact on each step.
  4. Drive your arms forward and back from the shoulders with elbows bent, keeping hands relaxed.
  5. Breathe rhythmically and finish by gradually slowing to a walk.
