Snowboarding

Perform repeated turns and weight shifts while riding downhill to produce sustained aerobic effort and challenge cardiovascular fitness. The movement relies on dynamic balance and continuous lower-body control to maintain momentum.

How to do the Snowboarding#

  1. Stand sideways with your feet about shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent and your weight centered over the board.
  2. Turn your torso and look in the direction you want to go, keeping your shoulders aligned with the board.
  3. Initiate turns by shifting weight between your toes and heels and angling the board’s edge with your knees and hips.
  4. Maintain a low, flexible stance and keep your movements smooth and rhythmic to control speed.
  5. Use your legs to absorb bumps and adjust pressure steadily to link turns and sustain continuous effort.
