What counts toward the limit
Every routine in your list counts, including duplicates and routines saved from shared links.
At the limit?
- Delete a routine you no longer run — your workout history is never affected by deleting routines.
- Or upgrade to PRO from Profile → Upgrade to PRO for unlimited routines.
Workouts are always unlimited
The limit applies only to saved templates. You can log as many workouts as you want on any plan, free or PRO.
