How to do the Pilates#
- Start in a supported, comfortable position (standing, seated, or lying) with a neutral spine and relaxed shoulders.
- Inhale to prepare, then exhale as you begin slow, controlled movements focusing on smooth transitions.
- Keep each motion deliberate and small enough to maintain alignment without straining.
- Maintain steady, even breathing throughout and avoid holding your breath.
- End by returning to stillness and taking a few calm breaths to reset.
