A bodyweight pressing exercise that primarily trains the chest by lowering and pushing your body between two supports.
How to do the Korean Dip#
- Grasp the handles or bar and support your weight with your arms straight and shoulders engaged.
- Lean your torso forward slightly to place more emphasis on the chest.
- Bend your elbows and lower your body under control until your upper arms are about parallel to the floor or you reach a comfortable depth.
- Press back up through your palms to return to near arm extension.
- Maintain a tight core and keep the shoulders down and back throughout each rep.
