Front Raise (Suspension)

Perform a front-raise movement using suspension straps, lifting the arms forward to work the shoulder muscles. Maintain a stable, aligned body while moving the arms to shoulder height and back.

How to do the Front Raise (Suspension)#

  1. Stand facing away from the anchor and grip one handle in each hand with the straps taut.
  2. Step forward until there is tension in the straps and your body is in a straight, braced line.
  3. Keep a slight bend in your elbows and lift both hands straight forward until they reach shoulder height.
  4. Hold briefly at the top with your shoulders engaged and your torso stable.
  5. Slowly lower your hands back to the starting position under control.
