Bicep Curl (Suspension)

Lean back from the straps and pull your body toward the handles by bending the elbows to load the biceps. Keep the body rigid and move only at the elbow to emphasize the biceps contraction.

How to do the Bicep Curl (Suspension)#

  1. Grab the handles with an underhand grip and step back until your arms are straight and the straps are taut.
  2. Keep a straight line from head to heels and brace your core, with elbows close to your sides.
  3. Bend your elbows to pull your chest toward the handles, bringing your hands toward shoulder height.
  4. Pause briefly at the top with a controlled contraction in the biceps.
  5. Slowly extend your arms to return to the start position and repeat for the desired reps.
