Low Cable Fly Crossovers

Perform a low-angle cable fly by drawing the handles upward and together across your torso to emphasize horizontal adduction of the chest muscles.

How to do the Low Cable Fly Crossovers#

  1. Set both cable pulleys to the lowest position and stand centered between them with a staggered stance.
  2. Grasp the handles with a neutral grip, brace your core, and hinge slightly at the hips so your torso tilts forward.
  3. Begin with your arms out to the sides and a small bend in the elbows; keep your shoulders down and back.
  4. Pull the handles upward and inward in a controlled arc until your hands meet or cross in front of your chest, squeezing the pecs.
  5. Slowly return the handles to the start position under control and repeat for the desired reps.
